beMANAGEMENT is structured to provide full services to manage the careers of recording and performing artists.

On behalf of our clients, beMANAGEMENT handles all business aspects which are as broad as negotiate and administer recording/performing/publishing and licensing agreements; oversee and coordinate marketing and media campaigns including live shows and radio/tv appearances. We budget and coordinate recording sessions and participate in the creative process of song selection for an album concept.

Eliane Banninger has traveled the world fulfilling her interests in the entertainment industry, foreign languages and cultures. Her residency has spanned three continents including Europe, Australia, North and South America. She holds a banking degree from a Swiss Bank and studied Music Business and Legal Aspects in the Entertainment Industry at the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston.

As a young girl, Eliane learned to play the piano, studied voice and jazz dance. Her shift towards the business side of the entertainment industry came in 2000 when she heard a unknown but very talented musician from Paris performing during an event in Davos / Switzerland. Struck by his voice and performance she spontaneously offered her help in developing his career. Short after, she moved from her native Switzerland to Paris from where she operated as a Manager, traveling around the world for and with musicians.

 

During that time she had the privilege to meet some of her personal music heroes like Bono (U2), Carlos Santana, Quincy Jones, Phil Collins, Stevie Wonder, Gilberto Gil, Stanley Clarke, Chaka Khan, Carlinhos Brown, Bobby Mc Ferrin or the Jazz Pianist George Duke and various record company executives like the legendary Bruce Lundvall from Blue Note Records or Ahmed Ertegun (Atlantic Records).
